About BCIT

The Business Center Information Technology (BCIT) team is part of the IT Campus Outreach & Engagement department which is under the umbrella of the Information Technology (IT) division. BCIT is the primary IT support for the Financial Services and Human Resources Divisions. The offices of both divisions and the BCIT office are located inside the John and June Perovich Business Center. BCIT also provides computer support to Graduate Studies, Internal Audit, and the Office of Contract Archeology.

BCIT addresses help requests remotely using remote assistance software, Microsoft Teams, and email. Help requests from within the supported divisions require a service ticket. Requests which require an in-person office visit will be scheduled in advance.
